On your part you can reorganise the place by discarding various copy cat members, Un genuine blogs and useless comments, thus curtailing their points. You can reframe the payment structure. You can contact the referred members and request them to contribute further. The depressed members will find it a very fine opportunity to give you a heave-ho. A few new features like the Q/Ans. Page can be introduced.
