Kolkata Knight Riders and the hullabalo around it

SulochanaIt was only last year that the 'baajigar' Khan was someone about whom the kolkatans won't tired of praising . It was then when , he bought the Team Kolkata Knight Riders and made our beloved 'dada' the the captain . Sourav was slowly recovering from his 'bad phase' and everybody was just full of enthusiasm about the new format and excitement that the game was about to bring .
And compare the situation with that of the present . The King Khan has turned into a villlain (once again like his initial days in Bollywood) overnight as soon as he agreed to his coach about Sourav's replacement by Macculum . And Kolkatans got ready to fight the battle for Sourav themselves . People organised rallies to protest this replacement , slogans made Kolkata hotter than before . Newspapers torn Shahrukh and Bucchanan apart . And as soon as the team started showing poor game the people here already disowned the team from their heart . Now it has become entirely Shahrukh's team .News papers almost started challenging Shahrukh to win matches without having Sourav as Captain .They almost started worrying about the vast amount of money that IPL is flushing out of the country .
But the point to ponder is there are other former IPL team captains who are replaced by some others and theyr are playing better this year ! Are peoplearound all these teams questioning the team owners power and honesty as well ?

Sorry, friend if I've nothing to add to your post. I enjoy cricket only when India is on trial. The IPL do not give the reason to be enthusiastic. There I feel a lack of a contest.
Yes , you are right , it is the lack of contest and also the fact that people like us cannot relate ourselves to any of the teams which make us so aloof from the game .
