We generally imprison us with self-made identity that traps us completely and fails us to appreciate the wonderful aspect of life. It’s our attachment with our identity that binds us completely.

 Our self made image is a reflection of the way we like to perceive ourselves and it creates an internal prison that suffocates us. If we live in this prison then we abstain ourselves from internal alertness and will also be refraining ourselves from the vibrant colors of life.  

The first level of identity is attached with our name which defines us to the entire world. We fall in love with our name but fail to realize that name is not us. Even the description is not the person described in it.

Do give yourself a new name to yourself and tell others you are experimenting with yourself. Just get the experience when somebody calls you with different name and feel that the earlier name does not define you any more.  

The next level of your attachment to yourself is your image of your body as your real identity. It implies to the fact that we limit ourselves as just a physical reality but the true foundation is your consciousness and it’s not limited with the physical state.

 Do free yourself from such false identification and see your body just as an object. Do experience conscious in this object and experience a “new” person inside you.

Do consider yourself as space in the room and this space is not restricted with the peripheries of your name. Do consider yourself as “consciousness” in the room of the body and play with it to loosen your image of yourself as being only the body.

In short, body is just a dress we all are wearing and it’s our consciousness that reflects the real “me” in ourselves.

The last identity is our philosophy of life, our thoughts, and our opinions and gets identified with it as you get identified with your shadow.

It’s that “shadow” is mine but I am not the shadow but they are my thoughts but I am not the thought.

Do write down yourself a letter and find a "new" person evaluating the person that proclaims it to be "you".
