1. Find a thick rubber band
2. Place the rubber band in the middle of the cover of a bottle of jam
3. Use moderate strength to loosen the cover and it works

When it rains, at times, it rains for few minutes and vanishes. This is my observation. At times it rains for hal an hour and vansihes and at times for hours and continues inundating many roads, and thus clogging the drains and the canals and the rivers starts flowing over the danger level.
